This is job is a basic HR role and can usually involve a variety of generalist HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.

Experience usually required: Graduate to 2 years.

Standard Recruitment Consultant

This position involves all aspects of recruitment from taking the brief to advertising, interviewing and reference checking. Their will have a high level of involvement with managers and agencies. This involvement will be dependant on the recruitment services to this company.

Experience usually required: From graduates for non essential role recruiting to a  few years experience for high level experienced recruiting roles

Specialized Recruitment Consultant

This position is identical to the standard recruitment officer except the specialized consultant will require to use specialist field knowledge judgment when recruiting.

Experience usually required: This position requires at least 12 months experience minimum in the specialized field. These roles are areas requiring technical knowledge including IT, science and engineering

Education, Training & HR Officer

This position usually requires assessment of the overall company requirements in respect of training needs, sourcing of appropriate training programs and assessment of individual development needs. The role also has a major focus on the co-ordination of staff induction modules and provides HR

Administration and Support to all managers. May require formal qualifications in Teaching or HR.

Experience usually required: Requires a few years experience working as a standard Human Resource Management recruitment role

HR Manager

This HR Manager manages the day to day HR issues such as; ensuring compliance with corporate governance (Industrial/Employee Relations); advising Managers on counseling employees regarding performance issues; liaising with other support functions such as Payroll and advising staff on HR policy.

Experience usually required: Requires many years experience working in a Human Resource Management role in a large corporate or professional services environment

Senior HR Services Consultant

This position usually requires empowering Managers in the uptake of HR initiatives and develop existing practical and progressive HR and people management strategies.

Experience usually required: Requires extensive number of  years experience working in recruitment in a corporate environment

Recruitment Coordinator

This position usually requires an understanding of  businesses and the ability to cultivate an environment of trust and collaboration.
