Arkansas Apartments

Apartments are used by close to 80% of persons who rent in the state of Arkansas. New construction has slowed to only single growth rates in the years 2003, 2004 and 2005. Numbers for 2006 were not available yet. Apartments in Arkansas are usually homes converted into smaller units and multi-level buildings. Near Little Rock there are some hi-rise buildings with rental units inside.
