The need for commercial land is close or as strong as the residential market. Space is at a premium near LA, San Francisco and San Diego. Millions of dollars are being spent on desirable land, some with structures on it, only to be flattened and rebuilt into what the buyer wants. The hottest area is Santa Monica, with the suburbs of San Diego coming n a close second.
