Georgia Land Estates

Land is becoming a commodity in Georgia. Over 200,000 acres of farmland was developed in 2005 and 2006. This land was used around Atlanta and the Savanna metro areas. The space was used as retail stores and restaurants and as new subdivisions for the growing metro populations.
