In Columbia, the market is strong too. Houses are on the market for 30 to 60 days and sell for an average of $325,000. This is up between 10 and 15% over last years prices. Sellers are getting 95 to 100% of the asking price. Depending on the price and location, sellers are also getting multiple offers over the asking price.
