Maryland Land Estates

During 2005 and 2006, over 97,000 acres of farmland was developed in to retail and residential space. The land on the eastern side of the state is heavily developed and there isn’t much open space. Old buildings are knocked down in order to create new buildings. Empty, large lots are hard to find.
