Commercial properties are a mixed market across North Carolina. Establishments near the Atlantic Ocean are the most lucrative and earn top dollar for rent and leases. There aren’t too many vacancies and they are usually snatched up quick. In rural areas, rent is average since there are some vacancies in smaller towns.
