North Dakota Rental Market

The rental market is holding its own in North Dakota. Close to 34% of the population rents apartments, condos and townhouses. There are not many, if any, hi-rises, but there are multi-level buildings and converted houses used as apartments. Tourism is not a large part of North Dakota and the vacancy rate year-round is 11.2%.
