Ohio Land Estates

Just over 219 thousand acres of land was developed across Ohio in 2005 and 2006. This land was primarily used to keep up with the population growth around Cleveland, Columbus and Toledo. Subdivisions were created in the suburbs and retail and commercial space developed in order to keep up with the needs of the new growth.
