Ohio Rental Market

The rental market is strong throughout Ohio. Thirty percent of the population of Ohio lives in a rented unit. They live in condos, townhouses, single apartments, multi-family units and hi-rises. Other renters are from the tourism industry, who rent by the week or the season near golf courses, amusement parks or summer festival activities.
