Commercial properties are becoming a hot commodity in the suburbs of Dallas. Dallas has one of the highest population growths from 2005-2006 and the suburban sprawl keeps growing. Rented and leased properties housing businesses and stores pay a moderate to high rate rent. In more rural areas, the rent is much lower and space is easy to come by.
