Journalism Degrees

The literal definition of Journalism is “Writing intended for publication in a newspaper or magazine, or for broadcast on a radio or television program featuring news, sports, entertainment, or other timely material”.

Journalism is all about conveying to the masses any significant development in politics, finance, defense or the society as a whole. Journalism is an ethic-driven career; therefore it demands a high level of personal discipline and a burning desire to communicate with the masses and go against all odds to present the people with news as it is.

From an aspiring Journalist’s point of view, the two main things that journalism demands is proficiency in the language in which he/ she wants to pursue his journalistic career and clarity and simplicity in literary and verbal expression.
