HTML Language

HTML stands for ‘Hyper Text Markup Language’. It is a markup language used to structure text and multimedia documents and to set up hypertext links between documents, used extensively on the World Wide Web.

In the HTML style of programming, a set of elements or tags is defined which are embedded in the text of a document. The network of links created through this language enables the users to browse through the linked contents within a document or across the Internet.
