Physical Therapist Aide	Writing: Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Programming: Writing computer programs for various purposes. Operation and Control: Controlling operations of equipment or systems.	Transport patients to and from treatment areas, using wheelchairs or providing standing support. Measure patient's range-of-joint motion, body parts, and vital signs to determine effects of treatments or for patient evaluations. Participate in patient care tasks, such as assisting with passing food trays, feeding residents, or bathing residents on bed rest.
Physical Therapist	Monitoring: Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Systems Evaluation: Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system. Management of Financial Resources: Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.	Observe patients during treatments to compile and evaluate data on their responses and progress, and provide results to physical therapist in person or through progress notes. Perform postural drainage, percussions and vibrations, and teach deep breathing exercises to treat respiratory conditions. Fit patients for orthopedic braces, prostheses, and supportive devices, such as crutches.
