Clinical Psychologist	Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Management of Personnel Resources: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Operation Monitoring: Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.	Select, administer, and score psychological tests. Attend workshops, seminars, or professional meetings to remain informed of new developments in school psychology. Develop individualized educational plans in collaboration with teachers and other staff members.
Organizational Psychologist	Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Service Orientation: Actively looking for ways to help people.	Study organizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency, including the nature of workplace supervision and leadership. Assess employee performance. Write reports on research findings and implications to contribute to general knowledge and to suggest potential changes in organizational functioning.
Psychiatric Aide	Troubleshooting: Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it. Quality Control Analysis: Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Instructing: Teaching others how to do something.	Clean and disinfect rooms and furnishings to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Serve meals, and feed patients needing assistance or persuasion. Perform nursing duties such as administering medications, measuring vital signs, collecting specimens and drawing blood samples.
